my2cloud is a web-based portal that allows you to view live and historical data about all of your Assurestor services in one place, as well as get support and manage billing.
The portal pulls in live data from all of our platforms and consolidates everything you need to monitor your services into one easy to access interface. It also stores historic analytical data, giving you an insight into historical platform performance.
You can manage and raise support tickets with our service desk right from within the portal, access our knowledgebase, connecting you with our support team in a quicker and more efficient way.
Billing information, such as invoices, payments and credit notes are also accessible from the portal, enabling you to view and download every invoice we've ever sent.
